• All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  

• Orders placed after cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

Delivery delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If you do:

• International delivery times vary by destination.
  

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
  
  

4. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes / certain countries / restricted regions.
  

• Hazardous or oversized items may have special limitations.
  
  

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are:

• Marked as delivered but not received
  

• Lost due to incorrect address
  

• Damaged during shipping (contact the carrier to file a claim)

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
